Enhance your international customer experience with multi-language product support. You can now configure localized titles and public names for products, ensuring customers see content in their preferred language throughout their journey.

Localized content appears across all customer touchpoints:

  • Checkout experience

  • Order confirmations

  • Invoices and receipts

  • Self-service account pages

While maintaining a default product title for internal dashboard use, you can add as many language variations as needed through either the dashboard UI or GraphQL API.

Please note: This feature is available for merchants using Firmhouse Checkout (not currently supported on Shopify). Contact our Support team to enable it.
